Delivery

Postage and Packing charged at £4.95.
Orders over £100 carriage free.
Every effort will be made to ensure that goods purchased are dispatched the
following day, but please allow 14 days for delivery as some items take longer
than others. If there is likely to be any further delay then you will be notified.

Gift Wrapping

This service is available at a charge of £3 per gift.
The gift can then be sent separately to the recipient,
with the invoice being sent separately to the purchaser.

Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it,
or within 7 days of receipt of the goods, if they have been sent to you.
If you cancel the order then your payment will be returned to you.
(Any items damaged in transit must be notified within 3 days of receipt,
either by telephone or e-mail.)

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase(s), but if you
wish to cancel and return any items for exchange or refund, please return
them within seven days of receipt. Such items must be securely wrapped and
accompanied by the return form at the bottom of the invoice. Postage will not
be refunded. Please ensure that the parcel is correctly addressed and obtain
proof of posting as no responsibilty can be taken for items lost in transit.
